REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

“Payments are non-refundable, and products are non-returnable for all engraved or customised product categories”

A2Z JASAI GLOBAL strives to ensure customer satisfaction through quality products and reliable service. However, due to the nature of e-commerce, agricultural products, homemade goods, and export consignments, certain refund and cancellation conditions apply. 

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting our customer support team. Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation may not be possible due to logistics and export procedures. In the case of bulk trade or customized export orders, cancellation requests will be evaluated based on procurement status and associated costs.

Refunds are applicable only in situations where the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect compared to the confirmed order. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic or video evidence for verification. Upon validation, we will initiate an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund.

Due to hygiene and quality standards, perishable goods, fresh vegetables and fruits, dry powders, customized packaging orders, and bulk export consignments may not be eligible for returns unless a verified quality issue exists. Refund approval is subject to internal quality assessment. Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 14 business days through the original payment method. International transaction processing times may vary depending on banking and currency procedures.

A2Z JASAI GLOBAL reserves the right to refuse refund claims that do not meet the policy
criteria or where misuse is suspected.
